Indianapolis (January 14th, 2025) — Habits Inc., a marketplace that helps young families research, compare, evaluate and connect with its vetted network of financial advisors, announced today the close of a $1.1 million pre-seed round led by Atlanta Ventures. This announcement comes on the heels of a successful private beta, which includes over 50+ financial advisory firms and hundreds of others on their waitlist. 

With the new capital, Habits will triple the size of its team with hires across community, growth, engineering, and marketing. It will also continue to invest in product development—including new features for financial advisors, robust data analytics, and more. 

The team is led by CEO Jack Boudreau, a former banker at J.P. Morgan, and more recently, a rising social media influencer with over 50,000 followers built from scratch. He’s joined by his co-founder, Veera Budhi, who brings decades of experience building best in class financial products and platforms.
